Veterinary Radiologist — Los Angeles, CA. What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of your core responsibilities as a Veterinary Radiologist, maintaining a high standard of quality, accuracy and turnaround across every piece of work assigned to you.
- Partner with colleagues across Veterinary operations, quality and client-facing teams to remove blockers early and keep commitments realistic and transparent.
- Document your work clearly so that knowledge is shared, handovers are painless and the team is never dependent on a single individual.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying repetitive tasks, proposing better methods and helping to test and roll out the changes you suggest.
- Support onboarding, coaching and peer review for less experienced team members, sharing practical guidance rather than theory.
- Track and report on the metrics that matter to your function, and use that data to prioritise where your time is best spent each week.
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory, safety, privacy and internal governance standards relevant to the Veterinary sector in CA.
- Represent the business professionally with clients, suppliers, candidates and partners, both on site in Los Angeles and remotely.
A typical week
No two weeks look identical, but most follow a familiar rhythm. Mondays begin with a short team stand-up to align on priorities, capacity and any escalations carried over from the previous week. What we are looking for
- Demonstrable experience in a comparable Veterinary Radiologist or closely related position, ideally within the Veterinary sector or an equally demanding regulated environment.
